Business Development Specialist

Jay earned his undergraduate degrees from Georgia Southern University, receiving BBAs in both Finance and Accounting.  With more than forty years of experience in banking and accounting, Jay brings extensive financial expertise and practical knowledge to his work. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong reputation for professionalism, financial stewardship, and dedicated client service. 

Jay assists the firm’s clients in a variety of ways, including assisting with difficult probate and trust administration matters and consulting with clients on various estate planning strategies.  In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jay is committed to community development as evidenced by his service on several local boards and organizations, including the Kiwanis Club and the Statesboro Food Bank.  Jay joined J. L. Williamson Law Group in 2026.
