Mahendra Mahabir

Probate Specialist

Mahendra serves as the Probate Specialist for J. L. Williamson Law. Mahendra is well versed in the procedural requirements for all types of petitions brought in probate court, including guardianship and standard estate administration matters. Mahendra focuses on preparing and reviewing petitions for probate and estate administration; petitions for guardianship and conservatorship; and various other ancillary probate court filings, including accountings and inventories.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mahendra worked in the Probate Court of Chatham County, Georgia for twelve years. During that time, he served the probate court in a variety of capacities ranging from deputy clerk to acting chief clerk. Mahendra also has municipal experience having worked as a clerk for the City of Pooler, Georgia.
